If you wish to cancel your booking, and it is more than 10 days before arrival, we will refund your payment minus a non-refundable deposit of £46 (if less was paid for the stay e.g 1 night stays, no refund is applicable)
However, as long as there has been notice given, we may allow customers to move their booking to a future date within the season.
Please note – bookings cannot be move to another season, all bookings must be re-booked and used before the end of the season (31st January)

It is always recommended that customers have valid travel insurance against which any compensation can be claimed.
BUYING A HOLIDAY HOME
When a Customer decides to purchase a Holiday Home, we ask for a deposit of 10% (as a minimum) of the overall cost to secure the sale – this deposit is non-refundable.
