In view of the current Covid-19 situation:
All bookings that are affected Covid and are paid in full – can be transferred to any time later on this season bearing in mind it has been extended through to January 31st 2022 (closed February).
**Proof of Positive test or needing to isolation will need to be provided to move your booking to a later date.
If a customer wishes to cancel, we will refund their payment made (not within 10 days of arrival) minus a non refundable deposit (equal to one nights stay) as per our cancellation policy.
It is always recommended that customers have valid travel insurance against which any compensation can be claimed.
